We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

That said—if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.

Because each item is produced specifically for you, replacements are issued only when an error or defect is confirmed.
